I have to change the name now to C-PSU, as it works with both the Commodre C64 and the VIC 20. With isolated 9V AC'ish. At least so far in experiment and theory.

Time to send this of for manufacturing for another go.

As a side in this variant I managed to learn how to in-circuit develop with the GreenPAK and the new Renesas Advanced Programmer. Let's see how that works out. If it works smoothly, it is a great oppertunity.

VIC 20 is simpler, if you sacrefice somethings

The VIC 20 only variant is simpler, IF you sacrefice the 9V AC on the userport for accessories. The C64 needs the AC input for other voltages it produces internally. The VIC 20 runs happily on 9V-12V DC. Even the Dataset works fine.
